Moreton Bay - Cowan Base

Moreton Bay Boat Club is proud of the six Cowan Huts on the beachfront of Moreton Island in the area, Cowan Cowan. They are a slice of paradise for our members, whether they choose to walk along the beaches and track and observe the scenery, or sit back and relax with friends while watching the sunset.

Moreton Island is an amazing place and a place you must add to your holiday lists. It suits the kids they can swim all day, and sit around the camp fire at night eating marshmallows. While the adults can walk the tracks of the secluded island, take strolls down the beach, watch the sunset, or simply soak up the sun. If you are their at the right time of year and lucky enough you may even be lucky enough to spot a whale or two as the migrate.
